Our lifestyle, meaning the way we live, has the greatest influence on our health. Many factors contribute to lifestyle: nutrition and drinking regimen, exercise, sleep, excessive stress, prevention, use of tobacco products, alcohol, etc.

Modern times and technological advances have of course had an impact on the lifestyle of modern humans. This refers mainly to our sedentary lifestyle. Many people have sedentary jobs, drive to or from work, don’t walk, don’t take the stairs, and relax after work in front of the TV or on the computer. Living in a constant rush, stress, and lack of time for yourself creates even more stressful situations. Thanks to all these factors, civilizational diseases such as cardiovascular diseases, cancer, overweight, obesity, diabetes, and many others are on the rise.
